The 2nd Edition of the Center of Excellence Program for the promotion of innovative Galician SMEs - "AgroBiotech Innovation" - is aimed at boosting the start-up of companies with great potential in the fields of biotechnology, agrifood and biomass. Dr. Lidia García, from TECNO packaging, valuable member in the consortium, presented the Barbara project among other initiatives of the start-up company.
Mrs. Berta Gonzalvo, coordinator of the Barbara Project, presented the project at In(3D)ustry, the 2nd edition of the Additive and Advanced Manufacturing Glogal Hub 2017, held in Barcelona, Spain. The 3-day long global hub event connected top industrial end users and additive manufacturers to share success stories, exchange ideas, explore new solutions and realise technological needs within the sector of additive manufacturing.
Alfonso Jiménez, head of the Nanobiopol Group at the UA, will attend the nationally organized forum on circular economy featuring the challenges and collaboration programmes through 2017. The group is active on several projects related with circular economy (Funguschain, Flexpol, etc), including the Barbara project, all of which will be presented in the forum.
