The University of Alicante (UA) will host the International Pigment & Colour Science Forum and TiO2 World Summit. The events are organized this year by the department of Vision and Colour in the UA, valuable members within project BARBARA.
Combining more than 25 years of experience in working with the titanium dioxide supply chain and the industrial pigments and colourants sectors, both conferences provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of what's happening in the industries, future opportunities and much more.
The UA will present the BARBARA project as an example of potential application of natural dyes extracted from agro-waste residues into automotive parts and building materials.
Last year held in Cleveland, US, fore-front companies in the sector, such as Tronox, Cristal, Iluka Resources, Chemours, Billions Europe, PPG, Ford Motor Company, Sherwin-Williams, Apple, L’Oréal, BASF, Estee Lauder, A. Schulman and many more, joined RTDs and developers in the joint conferences.
